Responsible for pre-sale management, covering Africa, supporting selected strategic partners and accounts.
Mission: Introduce the technology and provide commercial and technical information concerning our product (unique selling points) as well as assist the prospect in building a relevant Business Case. Understand the customer’s or project’s need to identify the best solution.
Lead the society answer to tenders (RFP and RFQs) during the whole cycle: technical response, clarification, presentations to customer.
Support Sales efforts to Map the potential Tech. & business partners and their headquarters organizational structure and identify decision centers and contacts for Broadband Wireless Access (Fixed and Mobile) solutions.
Coordinate the following society activities:
Customer Support, Sales/Presales, Product Marketing, R&D, Project Management within the Account.
On going follow up meetings to maintain continuity and ensure the society has full visibility into activities with the account on a global scale.
Channel management to support selected channels in marketing and selling the society products into the account.
Prepare Bill of materials for End to End turnkey proposals, including the society, 3rd party products, and turnkey activities.
Accompany the channels on key, strategic, sales calls, customer visits, shows and any other activities required executing the strategy.
Requirements: BSc. in Electronic / Computer Engineering, Msc / MBA – advantage
Previous Presales or client facing experience
Proven track record in consultative sales support
Strong understanding of networking technologies including: TCP/IP, DHCP, TFTP, VLAN, QoS, VoIP and WAN technologies (MPLS, Frame Relay, VPN, etc)
WiMAX experience (RF, TCP/IP, core networks, MPLS, NMS, telecommunications solutions) – a must
Strong Presentation skills are required
Fluent English and French are a must.
2 – 5 years experience in telecommunication field and Presales activities, a must

Personal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication ability, including technical presentation skills
Willingness to interact and work directly with customers / Customer oriented and good relationship
Detail orientated and excellent follow-through abilities
Ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences
Independent and self motivated.
Ready to regular travels (a week per month on average)
