Mission: Manage all administrative tasks at the reception desk: Welcome visitors and suppliers at the reception area, manage the conference rooms booking, assuring the rooms are ready and clean, manage the office stationary, manage drinks and refreshments, support the Head of purchasing and bookkeeping on administrative issues
Position requirements: 2-3 years experience in an administrative position, high level of English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, service oriented, well organised and efficient, accurate, multitasked flexible, articulate.
