Job description:
•Online marketing and sales representative
•Developing of marketing and retention in an online environment
•Maintaining personal contact with customers via phone, e-mail and online chat.
•Increasing customer loyalty and customer value
Position Requirements:
•Proficient in English
•Mother tongue: French- Mandatory
•A good level of English is required
•Experience in Customer Service, CRM or telemarketing.
•Sales oriented
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent computer skills and abilities
•Working knowledge with MS- office
•Full time job in shifts (INCLUDING NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS)
(5 shifts a week including weekends) in shifts at a 24/7 on line call center
•Strong persuasive and sales abilities
