Job Description: Recruitment of affiliate partners for an International Performance Network. The affiliate recruitment department is responsible for enhancing the company’s media assets, developing business relationships with online affiliates (affiliates, ad networks, affiliate networks, SEO and SEM affiliates and more).
Main Responsibilities: Prospect for new affiliates and affiliates and introduce them to the benefits of the society.
Recruit new affiliates and affiliates, negotiate agreements and manage them until they become active in our network.
Ensure new affiliates access the best offers according to their profile and the society portfolio.
Requirements and Qualifications: At least 1 years of experience in high-pace international sales or marketing
Experience in International Online Marketing or Online Sales – an advantage.
Strong sales capabilities and proven track record in successful sales activities
High level of English, other languages are an advantage
BA Degree (Business management / Economics an advantage).
High Computer & Internet Skills
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Ability to cold call, up-sell and negotiate with clients
Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
Proactive; able to work independently; tenacious; goal-oriented
Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.
Hard working; ability to work late hours.
